Geoff Morgan

Geoff is an involved local community member, assisting volunteer groups and organisations negotiate the challenges of planning, funding applications, local government involvement and future coastal environmental challenges. He loves the Surfcoast and has an ethos that embraces wellness in all aspects of life. He is a skilled coach, facilitator, mentor and negotiator.

At present, Geoff is working on several business projects. With the ever-changing environment of the public and private sectors, Geoff continues to explore new and innovative delivery mediums including online and “blended” processes to meet his clients’ needs. He brings his excellence in training development and facilitation skills to his work. His skills have evolved from his education, training and communication background.

Geoff has acquired extensive experience working with enterprises in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors and is currently focused on Workforce Management Solutions for Australian businesses.

Following several General Management roles; towards the end of 1989 he established his own consulting business, expanding his target market to offer not only education and training, but training strategy, development and facilitation. Since this time he has lead many large scale training and development programmes; some of the oganisations he has worked with include ConnectEast, the Department of Justice in Victoria, Big4 Caravan Parks, the State Government (Financial Services Reforms), Franchise associations and Australian Wine Holdings.
